We have created our ‘Relaxation Cube’ especially with the office worker in mind. Sitting at a desk all day and looking at a computer screen can cause undue stress and tiredness; small breaks can often help but are rarely taken.

Our cube has six quick relaxation tips that can all be used while sitting at your desk. Simply use the cube like a dice to make a choice or randomly pick one side. Read the simple directions for your chosen relaxation technique.

Cut Out & Fold

Just print out the PDF file, cut around the shape, glue and fold where directed. The box is simple to put together and can be done in about 10 minutes. We suggest using a thicker than usual paper as the resulting cube will be more durable however, if you don’t have any to hand, regular paper will do.
