Refund and Returns Policies
If you are not happy with your eye pillow(s), we will give you a full refund (shipping costs are not refundable | not applicable to Branded Eye Pillows) as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your eye pillow(s). To request a refund, please email us to obtain an RMA number and our return mailing address.
Note: Items returned with no RMA number will be returned to the sender. The Eye Pillow Company is not responsible for any return shipping costs. If you return an item, make sure to use a carrier that will deliver to a P.O. box (UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box).
International Orders
Our website can only accept orders from within the United States. We can ship internationally, but you need to contact us via email to place your order (hello@eyepillowcompany.com). We look forward to hearing from you.
