If you are not happy with your eye pillow(s), we will give you a full refund (shipping costs are not refundable | not applicable to Branded Eye Pillows) as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your eye pillow(s). To request a refund, please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Request and our return mailing address.
Note: Items returned with no Return Merchandise Authorization Request will be returned to the sender. The Eye Pillow Company is not responsible for any return shipping costs. If you return an item, make sure to use a carrier that will deliver to a P.O. box (UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box).
Our website can only accept orders from within the United States. We can ship internationally, but you need to contact us via email to place your order (firstname.lastname@example.org). We look forward to hearing from you.
Customs Fees and Import Fees
You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations in your country. Shipments to destinations outside of the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country.
