Refund and Returns Policies

If you are not happy with your eye pillow(s), we will give you a full refund (shipping costs are not refundable) as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your eye pillow(s). To request a refund, please email us to obtain an RMA number and our return mailing address.

Note: Items returned with no RMA number will be returned to the sender. The Eye Pillow Company is not responsible for any return shipping costs. If you return an item, make sure to use a carrier that will deliver to a P.O. box (UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box).

When Will My Order be Shipped?

We aim to ship all orders with 2 - 3 business days. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you at the email address you provided when placing your order.
